About Social Enterprise 

Social Enterprise Babale was founded in 2015 by social organization “For Real Changes”.  Babale comprises of 2 spaces-creative workshop, where young people with special needs get education and exhibition space, where the items are displayed.

Mission of Social Enterprise

Mission of SE is facilitating independence of people with mental disabilities and psycho-social needs through employing and strengthening their families.

Goal of Social Enterprise

The SE aims at facilitating professional education and employment of people with disabilities and special education needs.

  • Wooden chests;

  • Bags;
  • Accessories;
  • Festive accessories;
  • Practical and decorative figures

Social Results

  • The SE has nine employees, among them 5 are people with disabilities. However, when they work on corporate orders, they increase number of employees up to 17;
  • Salary of employees increases on regular basis;
  • All beneficiaries of children’s inclusive art workshop, which functions within the SE Babale, in between, 10 people with disabilities have an access to free educational courses; 
  • Revenue of SE is reinvested in further development of SE in order to ensure more services for beneficiaries;
  • The SE is self-sustainable, its revenues covers all costs.
