About the Social Enterprise

Social Enterprise "Neighborhood - Multifunctional Center" is a multifunctional educational and cultural center and hostel, located in the village of Zemo Magharo, Sighnaghi district. Neighborhood allows budget organizations and private visitors to use the space for recreation, team meetings, trainings, seminars, exhibitions, festivals, meditation series and other types of events.

Mission of Social Enterprise

The mission of the neighborhood is to promote the region and the local community, to employ them and to create space for informal meetings and activities.

Product/Services of Social Enterprise

The multifunctional center operates on the basis of "Neighborhood":

  • Hostel-type shared bedrooms;
  • Open and closed conference space for various activities: trainings, workshops, exhibitions, festivals, etc .;
  • Local tour and dinner service for guests;
  • Cafe-restaurant (in preparation);
  • Local grocery store (under construction);
  • Bicycle rental service (in preparation).

Social Results

The neighborhood has hosted more than 100 guests and up to 15 events since its inception. The number of locals not regularly employed by the social enterprise reaches 50 in total.
