On November 21, the Forum 2019 will be organized by Social Enterprise Alliance.
The forum announces registration for the nomination "Social Enterprise of the Year 2019".

Participation:

The social enterprises operating in Georgia, which have 1 year of successful and continuous experience, can participate in the competition.

Nomination:

An enterprise can be nominated:

• Representative of social enterprise management (governing body);
• A person employed in a social enterprise;
• Social supporter in agreement with management.

Evaluation Criteria:

Social enterprises in the nomination "Social Enterprise of the Year" will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Clearly defined mission / vision;
• Social outcomes and benefits to society;
• Economic outcomes and enterprise sustainability;
• Involvement / mobilization of stakeholders in social enterprise activities;
• Significant achievements by the enterprise in 2018 compared to previous years;
• Active involvement in social entrepreneurship development activities nationwide;
• Digital tools used to demonstrate the results of social enterprise activities;
• Innovation and Creativity.

Identification of winners:

• In the first stage, the social enterprises wishes to win the nomination, must fill in the application form;
• Applications will be evaluated by a jury according to predefined criteria and will select  3 social enterprises;
• Selected applicants will make presentations during the forum. The winner will be identified by forum participants through closed voting.
• The Bank of Georgia, the main partner of the Social Entrepreneurship Forum, is giving a nominal prize for the winner enterprise - GEL 4,000.

Dates:

Submission of applications continues until 18:00, November 10, 2019.

Please note a few factors:

• One social enterprise can only register once (in case there are multiple applications for the same social enterprise, the first one will be considered);
• Unable to edit text after filling out the application;
• If the company is nominated by a friend, this must be agreed with the social enterprise management in advance.
