About Social Enterprise Tsnuli

Social Enterprise Tsnuli was founded in 2016 on the basis of “Kaspi union of people with disabilities.” The SE offers it beneficiaries working environment which meets their needs. The main priority of the SE is engagement of disabled people in society and improvement their economic conditions.

Mission of Social Enterprise

The SE strives to ensure professional education for local people with disabilities living in Kaspi and improve their working skills and facilitate their employment.

Goals of Social Enterprise

• Give people with disabilities more access to professional education.
• Employ local people with disabilities and improve their economic conditions.
• Improve working skills of local employed disabled beneficiaries and create working environment, which meets their needs
• Facilitate engagement and integration of people with disabilities in social life.

Product/Service of Social Enterprise

The SE uses combination of traditional and modern design, natural materials for every age group and creates following production:

• Dishes
• Vases
• Chests
• Baskets

Social Results

Tsnuli helps society to overcome stereotypes, which impedes development of civil sector and social culture. Through its activities Tsnuli confirmed that disabilities does not exist:

• Since 2016 Tsnuli retrained and employed 5 beneficiaries.
