Legal Framework
At present, there is not legal framework in Georgia for social entrepreneurship.
In 2017, Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia and expert Levan Alaphishvili offered to the Parliament of Georgia a package of bills on “social entrepreneurship and supporting mechanism”, which was approved by 12 PM’s and currently is being discussed by the committee.
